Most of your employees are not unwell.
They are unclear.

About the Problem

Barring a few individuals who might have crossed a certain threshold and require clinical intervention, most other employees do not face any serious mental health problems. The problem they face is a lack of mental clarity.

Here is the essence:

  • People are distracted and restless
  • They spend a lot of time looking outward and very little time looking inward
  • Hence they are not deeply connected with themselves
  • This leads to a lack of internal clarity
  • Due to this, they make choices that seem exciting in the short run but are not right for them in the long run
  • This leads to an agitated mind, stress, anxiety, and in certain cases aggravates depression, etc.
  • Most of them don’t need therapy. They need clarity.
  • Most people are not unwell. They are unclear.
  • We do not have a mental health problem. We have a mental clarity problem.

A systematic, step-by-step method to make your employees mentally fit.

What is the Adios Program?

Adios stands for A Dialogue In Objective Silence. It is a training system designed to achieve clarity of thought, focus and peace of mind systematically. You will learn a few practical principles, understand how your daily choices affect your mental fitness and start to implement those ideas in your daily routine immediately.

The primary skill you will learn is Contemplation - deep thinking. In a fast-paced world, you tend to be focused outside most of the time. You need to disconnect from the external, go inward, and spend time thinking deeply. The Adios program trains you to contemplate on matters that matter to you using the Adios principles. This helps you think more clearly, so you make the right choices, which maintains your mental well-being.

Create Innovation every quarter. Consistently.

Brainstorming and group discussions are the most common tools used for generating innovation today. When you add Contemplation to this mix, it creates a lethal combination.

Now the Software (the Adios platform), the Hardware (your employees, mentors, resources) and the Mindware (the skill of Contemplation) will come together to help your employees create Innovation At Will (InnWill).

The employees will participate in various InnWill projects every quarter using the Innovation Creation and Management System (ICMS) on the Adios platform and combine individual Contemplation sessions with team discussion to find creative solutions and newer insights into their work.

Innovation through Contemplation.

Create a fundamental difference in your organisation.

How will it help your Organisation?

Less stress, more focus
The employees achieve better clarity of thought in their personal life, which leads to better choices and hence a more peaceful mind. That means at work their mind is not preoccupied with personal matters, so improved focus and work quality.

Better decision-making
Contemplation significantly improves clarity of thought, so they can choose the right alternatives when making their decisions at work.

More open-minded
Through regular Contemplation, employees become more open to newer ideas at work. Their willingness to thoughtfully consider them increases and their urge to shoot down newer approaches reduces significantly.

Create innovation regularly
Contemplation trains them to use their mind to find deep insights and creativity. They use the Innovation Creation and Management System to generate innovation every quarter, consistently

Embrace the fundamental technologies of work.

It is natural to focus a lot on the tactical aspects of the future of work - location and schedule flexibility, digitisation, guidelines for online meetings and team efficiency, etc., sometimes also because almost everyone is talking about it. But you must not ignore the timeless, fundamental forces that make work more fulfilling and rewarding. You must focus on the Why of Work, not just the How.

Keeping the skill of Contemplation at the foundation of work, you will create an environment that will maximise your people’s potential as well as their mental well-being. You will create a thoughtful workforce capable of delivering innovation consistently. That will create an inspiring organisation and make you a memorable leader.

Silence.

Contemplation.

The Future of Work.

How does it work?

The Adios Contemplator system works as a one-year subscription and includes:

  • An 8-week self-paced audio program on Contemplation
  • Live Zoom progress review and practice sessions
  • Guided Contemplations on the Adios platform
  • Refresher programs through the year (at least two)
  • Regular nudges and reminders

Each employee will attend one primary weekly online session of around 60 mins every week in a self-paced format on the Adios platform. Each session is divided into the following:

  1. Two Adios Principles relating to understanding your mind
  2. Contemplation Practice and Exercises
  3. Analyse a real-life situation in our decision-making tool Adioscope - your private microscope for life
  4. Summary and things to remember during the coming week

During the week, they will receive short audios and emails to keep them focused.

They will use the Guided Contemplations on the platform to practice certain principles or situations.

After they finish the 8-week program, they can participate in one or more InnWill projects every quarter.
